New energy vehicles, as typical representatives of new-type productivity, have become a beautiful "China business card." Domestic penetration rate has exceeded 45%, and domestic new energy vehicles currently coexist with multiple routes such as extended range and pure electric, with rapidly advancing technology. The electric drive transmission system, as a key assembly that determines the vehicle's power performance, comfort, and economy, includes key core components such as gears, bearings, and motor shafts.

 

Compared with traditional energy components, the key components in new energy electric drive systems have higher performance and precision requirements. Gears, for example, generally require precise shaping to meet the high reliability requirements under high speed (≥20000rpm), high power density, and complex and harsh heat dissipation conditions; bearings must also have high precision, low friction, long life, and low noise performance requirements; under the current trend of 800V high-voltage fast charging, the hollowing out of motor shafts, while meeting the requirements of lightweighting, needs to have the same performance and function as solid shafts, while allowing cooling oil to Enter the shaft interior, increasing the heat dissipation area and improving heat dissipation efficiency.

 

The changes in the operating conditions and requirements of the above components have posed enormous challenges to the improvement and optimization of manufacturing processes. How to balance cost, efficiency, and quality has become a hot topic in the industry. To enable relevant enterprises and suppliers in the industry to understand industry development trends and technological progress, improve industry technical levels, build industry supply chain platforms, and increase communication and exchange, Lingao Consulting and Juyue Gear jointly hosted the "New Energy Electric Drive Transmission System Technology Seminar."
